Shopping & Return Policy

If you are interested in buying a Hanna Peters dress from the collection, feel free to contact us on info@hannapeters.com and we can proceed from there.

We would like to inform you on the shopping and return policy.

The weddingdresses are non-refundable since they are created for you on demand, but they are available for exchange. Accessoires are eligible for a refund under the same conditions as mentioned below.

Clients can initiate a return request within 5 business days of receiving an order by emailing info@hannapeters.com.

A client specialist will reach out to you within 24 hours of your request to assist in processing your return. Clients are responsible for the cost of shipping for a returned item. 

Returned weddingdresses and/or accessoires must be in the original packaging with all tags attached and in the same condition as when it was delivered. All garments are inspected upon arrival.

The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 20-30 business days to process your return. We will reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.

Hanna Peters does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned package is lost, stolen or mishandled. Please make sure you send the dress with either DHL or DPD – since these companies are most trustworthy – with an tracking code and insurance to avoid calamities.

Exchanges
If you wish to change the size of an item that you purchased, you can do so within 20 days of your item’s delivery date. Please keep in mind that a new size can only be shipped after the initial order had been returned and that it can take up to 30 days to create and send the new size.

Clients will be responsible for their return postage. 

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when the package has been dispatched. You can exchange the size of an item one time only.
